Each client is unique in what they need, and where they start. Some people prefer a long term 1-1 coaching relationship (9 months+), where I guide you through all 3 stages. Some people just want help with Stage 1 to start. So I make a custom recommendation to you. But in order to do that, I need to know more about you than I am able to on a short consultation.

So, I created a 1-1, 90 min business planning intensive, where you and I will:

  • Go into great detail on your vision
  • Map out a plan to get there (in detail)
  • Synthesize all of your ideas into one cohesive roadmap.

And I will give you a custom proposal to continue our work together through the 3 stages.

Every client I work with starts off with 3 foundational modules. And I tell my clients I don't even want them doing marketing and sales activities until they have completed these first three modules. Every effort will be a waste of time, money, and energy without the foundations of the first three modules. And once you have done them, every action you take will create 10x the impact as before.

So, if you are not planning on doing marketing and sales for the next few months, this is probably not the right fit for you.

Where she will hold your hand through the process. Classes are great for learning tactics, but you really NEED personalized support for mindset, strategy, and messaging. You need help to be guided through the Soulmate Client™ stages - to make sure you are doing it correctly, and not missing anything major. A more in-depth explanation here. Classes are great to supplement coaching, but they are not a replacement for it. Those 3 areas have too many blind spots for people. I see it time and time again.

3) This is not just about bringing in MORE leads. This is about attracting the RIGHT leads AND converting high-paying clients. I will teach you how to make more money with fewer clients and prospects by clearly differentiating yourself from the competition.

4) I bring the latest research in the field of neuroscience and positive psychology to help you make lasting and sustainable changes. I recently did a planning intensive with another business coach, why should I do another one? +

In this intensive, you are going to get clear on a SOULMATE client™ business plan. No other coaches I know of do this in the WAY I do this. Might we map out a similar plan to what you have done with other coach? Possibly...but again, while the intensive CAN stand alone should you decide it isn't a good fit to continue our work together, the intention of the intensive is to see if we are a good fit to continue working together, help you understand what we would be doing together, and help me ensure I give you a great recommendation to continue our work together.  Not JUST to do the intensive. If you have already gotten a plan from another coach and you are struggling to implement it, this is a clear sign that you DO need ongoing implementation support, and that is what I offer. And the intensive is just the first step.

What does it take to be successful working with Kristen? +

You have to have a non-negotiable commitment to making a living with Soulmate Clients™, and you have to show up, ask questions, do the work.

For people who do the modules, take action on my recommendations, show up and ask questions, one of three things happens:

1) they get the results they wanted or better - which I would say is the majority of people -  OR,

2) the program gives them clarity on their goal and they adjust it along the way to be even BETTER than the one they originally set before working with me (this is built into my programs), or...

3) a handful of people realize the work required to achieve their goal, and while are still committed, and tell me they are much clearer on the path to reach their goal, they decide they prefer a slower pace to achieving it. But no matter what, everyone who does the work and asks questions is crystal clear on what goal they actually want to achieve, and it takes to reach their goal, and moves towards it at their desired pace.

Once we do the intensive, I can help you see which program will set you up for the most success based on your definition and the desired pace you want to work.

I spent a ton of money on another coach and I didn’t get any results, I am wary to invest again +

I get it. I have been there too! Here is the thing – when you own a business, some investments are going to pay off in revenue, and some will pay off in lessons learned. Plenty of people understand *what* to do, and even how to do it, so you might be taking all the “right” actions, but if you aren’t getting the results you want, it is likely that there is an unconscious pattern sabotaging your success. Most coaches aren't trained to help you with this. The good news is that, as a Master Certified Jungian Spiritual Psychology Life and Money Coach, I am trained to help find and see these patterns, so you can turn your results around – for good.

Is this right for me if I have never worked with clients before? if I am starting my business from scratch? +

You need to have experience with your work, expertise. You need training, formal or informal. To have worked with free or paid clients. It is OK to feel insecure about your expertise, but you need to have some level of proficiency in your work. Know that you can help your clients get results, have a commitment to excellence in your industry.

It is OK if you are newer. You may be bringing more expertise than you realize. One of the first things we will do is help you identify other interests, passions, or areas of knowledge you have that you might be able to include in your offer and help you create a unique niche. So if you are looking to get your FIRST clients, here is how working with Kristen can help you:

  1. We will help you create your first iteration of your niche. And you will learn how to change it if you want to, as you get more information on who your soulmate clients™ are.
  2. The clearer you are on your niche, the more of the RIGHT training you can get in your industry. For example, if you are a new interior decorator, with interior design training, and you decide to niche into color, now you know to get more specialty training on color instead of more generic interior design training - where you will be a dime a dozen. And you will LOVE the training you get even more than generic training, and you will stand out from your competitors much more quickly.
  3. You will get better "beta" test clients. Practice clients need to be strategic too so that you can start charging higher prices, and attracting the right people. Working for free or a discounted rate for "practice" can be great at certain stages of your business, but there is a RIGHT way to practice so that you get what you need to start getting amazing paying clients. I will teach you this in the program.

You will get clear on how to identify what is unique about you and your work, and how to communicate it so the right people will say yes - both to working with you free and paid.

That being said, your progress, and ability to convert might be slower than those with prospect lists and current and past clients. That isnt necessarily true though either. I have had clients who have started from scratch, getting their first clients, make more money DURING the program, than established business owners. So it is really up to you.

What you learn sets you up to start your business on the right foot. Essential foundations and skills you will need to grow a profitable, sustainable business with SOULMATE clients™. We can talk about what you can expect to get in the right program for you.

We are lucky that as service based business owners, we get to start businesses with very little startup costs compared to franchisees, widget startups, etc who have: tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in franchise costs, manufacturing costs, and thousands of dollars per month in retail rental space. And you can learn how to build a business for less than the hundreds of thousands it would cost you (plus the time) to go to graduate business school (and actually more effectively).

But building a six figure plus business, and commanding high ticket prices, does require a higher level skill set of marketing and sales than most training programs teach. So you should budget at least $5-10k to start and grow your service based business. If not more like $10-20k for coaching, training, and marketing costs.

Once I submit the recommendation, based on the roadmap we create in the intensive, you will be able identify the kind of return you can expect on the investment, and how quickly. We will create an achievable short-term goal that will set you up to create the business you have been dreaming of. Depending on where you are in your business, and which program is best for you - you might be able to make the investment of the program and more during the first 60 days. I have had people who are starting from scratch, no list, new to their business, make the investment back in the first 60 days. I have had people make 10x the investment in 60 days.  And I have had people who were setting their business foundations up correctly  and decided to go at a slower pace, and make their investment back after the program. It really depends on you and what you want, and the pace you want to go at. 

Whether you are just starting and you want to shorten that learning curve, or you are established and your blind spots are preventing you from seeing the gold mine you are sitting on – you have to invest in coaching to get to the next level. I don’t care if it is me or someone else. Choose someone you connect to and trust.

And high quality coaching is not going to be a few hundred dollars. Expect a long term of quality coaching to be a 5 figure investment. But the return is worth it in the short term, and long term. Both the financial returns AND the emotional, creative returns.

Now, if you are not able to budget at least $5,000 right now to start, I would recommend gathering those resources first. I give a lot of personal attention in the program, it is very hands on, and I’ve had clients who had ivy league MBAs, people who were great at sales in previous careers and industries, tell me they learned new and important skills and mindsets for growing their business. People who have taken a lot of other marketing and sales trainings before. This program is really the foundations for building a business with Soulmate Clients™. A process I spent a decade synthesizing, and well over $100k myself invested. While I know $5-25k is no brainer for this kind of value and attention, particularly for a longer term contract -  for some of you might seem like a lot. But as a business owner, investing in mentoring and coaching should be seen as an investment, not a cost.

So, most people fund their business using credit cards, 0% 18 mo no interest if you have good credit (you can pay yourself back with what you make), loans, selling things, borrowing from supportive friends and family, savings, I even had one really resourceful client get a small business GRANT because she wants this that bad.

Honestly the commitment, and persistence and tenacity that you get from creating that funding for your business really helps you become the person who actually has success. Not stopping after a couple of tries, but making the decision to try 100 things until you figure it out. That level of resourcefulness is the same mindset you need to create the kind of Soulmate Clients™ you want and business you want.
