Let’s bring you back to the world of “make believe” so you can start to create the life and career you truly desire. Then, let’s make sure you’re doing it EVERY.SINGLE.DAY. After all, the activities that make you feel most alive should be part of your everyday life!
- WEEK 3: YOUR PURPOSE. Perhaps what’s not lighting you up isn’t a matter of getting assigned the wrong types of tasks. Perhaps what’s truly missing is that connection to why it matters in the first place. We’ll uncover your most important purpose and examine how your current position works with (or against) it. This is like your compass to guide you in this adventure!
- YOUR PASSIONS. You’ve got plenty! They’re just NOT being honored right now. Let’s dig into that archive of old passions and see what’s been neglected. You’ll start testing out new career concepts from this list, in addition to every other key we’ve discussed.
- YOUR PEOPLE and PLACE. They say that you become most like the five people you are surrounded by, and work is one of the big environments where we interact socially. Our physical environment also has a HUGE impact on how you feel. So we’ll start by asking: who are you surrounded by? This is the module where we dig deep into my RITE formula for discovering the keys to your happiness in work with your ideal Role, Industry, Team, and Environment. Let’s make sure that you’re spending your time in a place that supports your growth and exposes you to people who encourage the best version of YOU. Your people and place matter, let’s make sure they match your goals.
- YOUR PLAN. Now that you’ve done all of this exploring, the next chapter can truly begin. We’ll strategize a plan for action so you can begin testing the waters with all of your new ideas and discoveries. This area is chock full of tools to help you deal with the doubt and overwhelm that can cloud your decision making when you’re trying to make a big change.
