This month alone – I am looking at $50,000.

Before working with Kristen, my sales and profits were really terrible. Our total revenue was under $5,000. Each client would bring in a couple hundred dollars. I was not focused on what I can do better than anybody else.

Working with Kristen, we got ultra focused. Right now I have ten clients I am working with and I don’t just take any business that comes our way. Now, most of my clients bring in $15k-30k per client. This month alone – I am looking at $50,000. 

We really know who the target market is, what message we want to convey, and what product I can give them. We now have much better clients who really value my experience, my expertise. They really want a wonderful experience and will pay somebody who is an expert to put that together.

I love going to work everyday. I feel like I am really focused on what I can do for people and I really feel good about myself.

Closed $45k in contracts in 8 Weeks

“When I started in late August, I hadn’t closed a deal since the middle of June and I was pretty nervous about my future. I had three clients at that time, none of which were ideal soulmate clients. I was rarely getting prospects to agree to a phone call with me and I could only get 20% fees. I often felt exhausted and burned out. The people who did interact with me were not in my zone of genius, they did not value my services, and the job orders they gave me went nowhere. After 8 weeks in Kristen’s program, I now value my own services and I understand that spending time trying to land clients outside my zone of genius is not worthwhile. I also feel like this program has helped me step out of my comfort zone in a major way. Before, I was kinda embarrassed of myself and my business because it was not living up to my own expectations. Now that I am showing up as the expert, I do not feel that way. I am confident and poised. For a long time, I wondered why people would tell me how good and intellectual I sounded on the phone and yet would still ask me to work for bargain basement prices. I could not rationalize it. To me it was like walking into a RR dealership to buy a Phantom and saying, “But only if you’ll match the price of a Ford Taurus.” What?!? I had asked other coaches about this phenomenon but never got a sensible answer. It wasn’t until we connected and you said, “You aren’t showing up as an authority or an expert in the space” that everything finally gelled.”

I know where I can find the right people

Before my time with Kristen, I was attracting the wrong people.  Now, I have a new approach for seeking clients – and that’s invaluable as well as insight about where I can find the right people.

I learned to identify when to educate a potential client more about the industry, versus when to refer them elsewhere because they aren’t a good fit for me. This is huge and will save both parties time and frustration!

I love Kristen’s formulas! They break down all of the relevant concepts into bite-sized chunks and make it easier to see what’s really going on in a sales situation. In working with Kristen, there was no also adding anything to my “to-do” list, which is fabulous. It’s more of adding perspective and insight to what I’m already doing. Awesome!

Right Out of the Gate I did $5000 in Sales

“So before I started this program I had been sort of kicking this idea around for about a year and a half. I knew it was a good idea, but I wasn’t quite sure how to talk about it to people. I didn’t have any clarity on how to execute it. Once I joined Kristen’s program, things happened fast! After a couple of weeks, I sold two in like a couple of days for $2500 a piece – right out of the gate I did $5000 in sales. Having the the permission to only work with the people that I want to work with makes it so much easier for me to spot them and see them and be able to really target who I want to share my service with.

Not only did I have a really fast win, but with Kristen’s help, I was able to sit down and do whole 36 month revenue model build-out. I know how I want to scale things up in the next 6, 12, 18, etc months. So just having the foundations from the program really allowed me to see a much bigger vision than I was aware of.

I was a little worried about this being a group format, but I got plenty of personal attention from Kristen AND the Facebook group was so fun. I got to see other people that are doing the same thing and follow their journey. I would hear about things that they’re working through and be like “oh, this is something I need to pay attention to”. So it was great to get information from other people that are also on the same journey.  It’s so easy to feel like you’re doing this alone and that’s not conducive to feeling positive about the experience, so it is really beneficial to have a group to help you.

If anyone is on the fence about working with Kristen, just do it, please – there’s not really any reason to wait. I promise you’ll find things that you didn’t even know that you needed in the program to help you get to where you want it to go.
