I get it. I have been there too! Here is the thing – when you own a business, some investments are going to pay off in revenue, and some will pay off in lessons learned. Plenty of people understand *what* to do, and even how to do it, so you might be taking all the “right” actions, but if you aren’t getting the results you want, it is likely that there is an unconscious pattern sabotaging your success. Most coaches aren't trained to help you with this. You are right, they probably won’t: doing what you have been doing. But, there ARE plenty of clients who will when you change your positioning and messaging, when you expand your awareness and internal patterns, and when you have the confidence to command it. I see it all the time. They are hidden right in front of your face, you just have to know where to look to find them. I can teach you this.
You have two options - 1) you can change how you position your offer with current clients so they see the value and will happily pay your new rates, or 2) you can keep your current clients at your old rates and only transition NEW clients into your higher rates. You don't have to lose any clients while also starting to charge and command more. You will need to find NEW clients though who value your new price point. This is what I help you do. Price is about value. Once you understand and have the confidence to communicate yours, it is easier to get higher rates. And you get less objections.
I tell my clients I don't even want them doing marketing and sales activities until they have completed the first three modules. Every effort will be a waste of time, money, and energy without the foundations of the first three modules. And once you have done them, every action you take will create 10x the impact as before. So, if you are not doing marketing and sales for the next few months, what is REALLY stopping you?
Can I ask – what is going to change between now and then? Usually when people tell me they want to wait, it is because they are afraid to make a mistake. I totally understand. When you first have an idea to make a change, there is often fear. The ego opens up its "survival kit" and throws everything at you to talk you out of stepping outside of your comfort zone.

So....what is really stopping you from starting now? Fear doesn't stop you, the unwillingness to face it, to be courageous, does. This isn't unique to investing, either. How else does it show up in your business preventing you from what you want?
ALSO - if you genuinely have a conflict over the next 8 weeks - you are taking time off for vacation, etc, you CAN *pause* the program for the time you are away from your business so that you can make the most of the support you get. You do NEED to let me know in ADVANCE though - even if you aren't sure WHEN your vacation will be or for how long, as long as you let me know when you sign up, I can support you. I cannot offer a "pause" retroactively though, so you have to let me know in advance.
But unless you are off for the full 8 weeks, I would start now. That way during your time off you can percolate over your foundations and start strong when you get back. You will be able to take time off, guilt-free, instead of full of fear and worry about what will happen to your business when you come back from vacation.
You have to realize you are so excellent, skilled, and knowledgable about what you do, your prospects feel like you are speaking "Chinese", and they only know "French". Marketing helps you translate Chinese to French. That is it. You can teach them Chinese once they say YES to working with you if it helps them reach their goals.
You need to have experience with your work, expertise. You need training, formal or informal. To have worked with free or paid clients. It is OK to feel insecure about your expertise, but you need to have some level of proficiency in your work. Know that you can help your clients get results, have a commitment to excellence in your industry.
It is OK if you are newer. You may be bringing more expertise than you realize. One of the first things we will do is help you identify other interests, passions, or areas of knowledge you have that you might be able to include in your offer and help you create a unique niche. So if you are looking to get your FIRST clients, here is how the program can help you:
We will help you create your first iteration of your niche. And you will learn how to change it if you want to, as you get more information on who your soulmate clients are.
The clearer you are on your niche, the more of the RIGHT training you can get in your industry. For example, if you are a new interior decorator, with interior design training, and you decide to niche into color, now you know to get more specialty training on color instead of more generic interior design training - where you will be a dime a dozen. And you will LOVE the training you get even more than generic training, and you will stand out from your competitors much more quickly.
You will get better "beta" test clients. Practice clients need to be strategic too so that you can start charging higher prices, and attracting the right people. Working for free or a discounted rate for "practice" can be great at certain stages of your business, but there is a RIGHT way to practice so that you get what you need to start getting amazing paying clients. I will teach you this in the program.
You will get clear on how to identify what is unique about you and your work, and how to communicate it so the right people will say yes - both to working with you free and paid.
That being said, your progress, and ability to convert might be slower than those with prospect lists and current and past clients. That isnt necessarily true though either. I have had clients who have started from scratch, getting their first clients, make more money DURING the program, than established business owners. So it is really up to you.
What you learn sets you up to start your business on the right foot. Essential foundations and skills you will need to grow a profitable, sustainable business with SOULMATE clients. When you apply and we chat, we can talk about what you can expect to get in the program for you.

I totally understand, you care about your clients and that is an admirable trait. Here is the opportunity, when you start taking on higher paying clients, you now have more free time to spend perfecting lower-cost offers that you can share with them, you have more time to give more away for free.
At the end of the day, I encourage my clients to separate their time into “work” time and “volunteer” time. You have to be clear on which is which. If you only want to work 10 hours/week and volunteer 20, that is fine. And if you want to make $150k/year revenue, that means in those 10hrs/week, you need to be making at least: $315/hr. It is always your choice. Putting a framework around it helps you achieve your true objectives.
We are lucky that as service based business owners, we get to start businesses with very little startup costs compared to franchisees, widget startups, etc who have: tens of thousands to hundreds of thousands in franchise costs, manufacturing costs, and thousands of dollars per month in retail rental space. And you can learn how to build a business for less than the hundreds of thousands it would cost you (plus the time) to go to graduate business school (and actually more effectively).
But building a six figure plus business, and commanding high ticket prices, does require a higher level skill set of marketing and sales than most training programs teach. So you should budget at least $5-10k to start and grow your service based business. If not more like $10-20k for coaching, training, and marketing costs.
During our consultation, we will identify the kind of return you can expect on the investment, and how quickly. We will create an achievable short-term goal that will set you up to create the business you have been dreaming of. Depending on where you are in your business, you might be able to make the investment of the program and more during the 8 weeks. I have had people who are starting from scratch, no list, new to their business, make the investment back during the program. I have had people make 10x the investment during the program. And I have had people who were setting their business foundations up correctly and decided to go at a slower pace, and make their investment back after the program. It really depends on you and what you want.
Whether you are just starting and you want to shorten that learning curve, or you are established and your blind spots are preventing you from seeing the gold mine you are sitting on – you have to invest in a coaching to get to the next level. I don’t care if it is me or someone else. Choose someone you connect to and trust.
Now, if you are not able to budget at least $5,000 right now, I would recommend gathering those resources first. I give a lot of personal attention in the program, it is very hands on, and I’ve had clients who had ivy league MBAs, people who were great at sales in previous careers and industries, tell me they learned new and important skills and mindsets for growing their business. People who have taken a lot of other marketing and sales trainings before. This program is really the foundations for building a business with soulmate clients. While I know $5-10k is no brainer for this kind of value and attention, but for some of you might seem like a lot for some of you. But as a business owner, investing in mentoring and coaching should be seen as an investment, not a cost.
So, most people fund their business using credit cards, 0% 18 mo no interest if you have good credit, loans, borrowing from supportive friends and family, savings, I even had one really resourceful client get a small business GRANT because she wants this that bad, selling things. Honestly the commitment, and persistence and tenacity that you get from creating that funding for your business really helps you become the person who actually has success. Not stopping after a couple of tries, but making the decision to try 100 things until you figure it out. That level of resourcefulness is the same mindset you need to create the kind of soulmate clients you want and business you want. People who are that tenacious and committed really have the best success. Here is a list of ideas to get your juices flowing.

Whether it is my program or not, I have told you why I think my program really is different, and that I am really the expert in soulmate clients in a way I don’t see anyone else teaching… solid, expert level business and sales coaching and training is going to run you $5-20k minimum. I have not seen quality coaching out there for less to get these kind of results.
When you put in the work, you can get an amazing return. And build a business where you love your calendar, you are making great money, and you have amazing clients that you get to do the work you truly love.
You absolutely don't need a big list. When you sell high-ticket packages and programs, you can have a list of 40 and make $100k/year, if they are the right 40 people. Even 5. You don't need a ton of leads or list if they are the RIGHT people. I help you find those right people.
